My name is Surabhi. I’m a Product Manager at Microsoft in the productivity camera team, and have recently shipped Edge on Mac, taking it’s experience from planning to release in the past year. Before that I did a brief gig helping with a Data visualisation app for Hololens.

5 fun facts about me:

1. I love ginger chai, sushi and am currently obsessed with pandas. Follow them here
2. I had a gypsy childhood moving through 9 places I called home(army contonments) and 13 schools.
3. I had my first product gig at 19. A dorm room startup from BITS Pilani on a mission to democratise fine-art.
4. I love making. My passion for marrying art + code took me to NID where I learnt product sorcery like user-centric design and user research. At this point, I was sure I wanted to become a tech-futurist. ?
5. Product Management was a happy (and successful so far!) career experiment, as I was asked to wear the PM hat to build products that my research had proposed at Directi’s(EIG)

In my free time, I like to overthink and devise frameworks for everything. I also enjoy hunt down new cafes, doodle, play musical instruments, trek/hike and meet strangers over new board games. For the next time we meet, let’s play Dixit, I guarantee you’l love it!
